Our Story
For over two decades Sivia Construction has been building custom homes and multi-family developments in the Greater Vancouver area. A family run business, the Sivia team takes pride in offering their customers with the highest quality homes in the lower mainland. Our Warranty Program
Our homes are covered by National Home Warranty which has been serving the needs of western Canadian home buyers and builders since 1990. Currently, National has more than 4,000 registered builders on the program and will provide new home warranty coverage for an estimated 27,000 homes and condominium units in western Canada in 2009.
THE 2/5/10 WARRANTY
The Homeowner Protection Act & its Regulations (“Act”) effective July 1, 1999, outlines specific details about the mandatory warranty commonly referred to as a “2/5/10” warranty. It is the most comprehensive third party warranty in North America, and even the world.
